Lost 40 lbs.

Before participating in the DeepTone Once A Week® workout program, I used to try to stay in shape by doing combat fitness three times a week. I used some exercise tapes, I walked and I even purchased some exercise equipment that I never used.

All of these attempts at staying fit were leading me nowhere. My motivation for starting the DeepTone workout program came the day I discovered I was graduating to a size 18.

I signed up for the Once A Week® workout program. In the first six weeks alone, I lost 13 pounds and gained a tremendous amount of strength. After four and a half months I lost 40 pounds and my strength gains continued to soar. I was so surprised to note that I continued to lose weight even while I was on vacations.
