I’m a 53 year old grandmother, and I’ve been a DeepTone exerciser since 2003. When I joined DeepTone® I weighed 177 pounds. I had spent my life as a yo-yo dieter, trying every diet imaginable but was not able to find a program I could live with.
Since starting DeepTone, I’ve lost 61 pounds. I now weigh 116 pounds. During the first six weeks of the DeepTone program, I lost 10 pounds and 6 inches from my thighs, waist and hips. My hips went from 43 to 36 inches, and my dress size has gone from a 14 to a 4.
My bones are as strong as a woman half my age (the technician thought she made a mistake, and re-tested me to be sure!)
Best of all, I can fit the DeepTone exercise into my crazy schedule - working out for one hour, once a week. Despite personal skepticism and the doubts of friends and family, that one hour a week has been the support I needed to make a healthy lifestyle a habit with which I can live!
